Halloween

The ancient Celtic festival named Samhain, was celebrated on November 1st. Christianity moved it to the last day of October but it's still a time when spirits and ghosts of the dead are particularly active. (A nice little pagan celebration.) Personally I prefer my pumpkins to be leering, not smiling, and they should be hanging around the forest's edge under a full moon.
